Because every piece is made to order, we handle returns carefully to ensure quality and fairness.
Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible standard prints within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

To start a return, please contact john@jb-prints.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom, made-to-order, or one-of-a-kind artworks

Digital downloads or gift cards
These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective on arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged or with a printing error:

Email us within 7 days of delivery at john@jb-prints.com.

Include photos of the damage or issue.

We will investigate with our print partner and arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or wrongly shipped.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
