SHIPPING POLICY — JB Prints

All JB-Prints artwork is made to order and shipped worldwide using our trusted print and delivery partners.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Each print is produced individually after purchase to ensure the highest quality.

Delivery Times

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 working days after dispatch

  • Europe: 5–10 working days

  • Rest of the World: 7–21 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to local customs or courier delays.

Tracking

  • Tracking is included with all orders.

  • You will receive tracking information automatically once your item has shipped.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and product type.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties. (Gelato’s network often uses Delivered Duty Paid shipping to minimise these.)

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact john@jb-prints.com.
We will open an investigation with the courier and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.
